Hallo, I’m learning WordPress(WP) with EventsManager/Free(EM) on a local W7-XAMPP installation. All software is actual but my problem was the same before latest updates.
I try using the ticket-booking-form with 2 different tickets: one is for adult, the other for chidren, for example. On the frontend it is not possible to choose 1 adult and 0 children or vice versa. It is not possible to choose a “0” in any case.

Is it a known behaviour? I didn’t find a similar question in this forum or in the wwww.
Hope, you understand “my english”, I’m not a native speaker.
And hopefully we can solve the problem.

    Thank You!

  • Hello,

I assume you made two type of Tickets?
Please the settings “At least” and “At most” which is located when you Edit a ticket inside the event. It means it requires you to purchase at least 1 ticket of a max ticket of that type. By default you can put blank there so it doesn’t require you to purchase that type of ticket
