no_events_text cannot be changed

Hello,
I wanted to change the no_events_text for my webpage.
I inserted the following shortcode [vsel no_events_text=”Weitere Seminare sind in Planung.”] but on the Webpage it still says “Es gibt keine zukünftigen Events.” which seems to be the standard phrase.

What did I do wrong? ??
