Nocaptcha support in China

Thanks for making this plugin. It seems to work very well. Narrow focus makes for excellent repeatability.

The only issue we are having is one that is distinctly not the plugin’s fault — Google is blocked in China because of the great Firewall. Evidently, you can reconfigure the domain name to be recaptcha.net (or even recaptcha.net.cn for better support in China) and it will be more likely to work consistently in China.

My request is this: Would it be possible to either make the url to captcha configurable (passing the torch to the user to alter if necessary) or to handle it dynamically based on the user’s IP address/location information that if in China, it redirects to the version that will work there?
