Nofollow attributes

I use Semrush to discover links that aren’t working or other internal issues. I have thousands of pages and was notified that “10,790 outgoing external links contain nofollow attributes”. They all point to this URL: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance/
Their solution is:
Make sure you haven’t used nofollow attributes by mistake. Remove them from tags, if needed. For more information, please see this Google article.Any solution to this issue that someone might have?
