“nofollow” links by default

I would like to know if there is any way to make it standard that all links created in the editor already have the “nofollow” parameter activated.

If the author wishes, he can remove this option by clicking on the key

the idea is to maintain what happens today, with the option being activated by the key that already exists, the question is to invert the logic so that the default is “activated” (that is, “nofollow”).
