  • Hi Dilip,

    Thanks for the message.

The nofollow global option only applies for links inserted going forward. It doesn’t go back through your site and re-adjust the links as this is too error prone. So it sounds like you will need to re-insert your links if there were pre-existing.

Hope this helps clear it up!

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hi Josh,

The newly created links are also showing up as do-follow. That is where my worry is.

    Dilip

    Hi Dilip,

Are you using the ThirstyAffiliates Link Picker (the little green aff on the Visual editor or the “Affiliate Link” button on the Text editor) or are you using the WordPress link tool?

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hi Josh,

I use both the options in Thirsty affiliates. After your message above I tried recreating one of the links and just as you said the newly created link was showing a no-follow.
So I guess I need to recreate all the links.

    Thanks for your support

    Regards
    Dilip

No worries Dilip, glad it’s working for you now!

    Cheers,
    Josh
