    Hi,
I use your plugin for some websites and in the old versions or until version 3.7.1 you could set everything to noindex by default as a standard with checkboxes for categories and pages and then later on change these settings on pages and images and so on. But in the newer versions of your plugin I haven’t found this function anymore.
Did I just miss something or where can I find this setting?
Or how else can I avoid all the categories and demo content etc. being crawled and indexed?
Thanks for the info and best regards
    Anne-Marie

    Hi @annymarketing,

    Thanks for reaching out!

You can still set post types/taxonomies to Noindex by default and change them on individual post/page level. Here’s a guide with more details –

    https://aioseo.com/docs/showing-or-hiding-your-content-in-search-results/

However, Category SEO is part of our premium version. You can easily manage the default settings for Categories in our Free version but managing the SEO/noindex settings for individual Categories is part of our premium offerings.

If you want to know more about this, please feel free to reach out to us using the Basic Contact Form on our website here –

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

    Hello,
thanky for the reply and I know that Content Type Settings have been replaced by Search Appearance. I can set some things in the new version, but half of the options are gone.
In the previous version, the plugin scanned the website for Content Type Settings and Noindex Settings and automatically expanded the checkboxes:
    https://aioseo.com/docs/noindex-settings/?v3
In the new version, I only have three types for Content Types: Posts, Pages and Products.
Where can I find these settings for all content types and taxonomies that appear on my website? Or will the options be displayed in the Premium version? If I buy the product I need these settings.
Thanks for the information and best regards
    Anne-Marie
