    Hello,

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I have 3 pages on my website that have received the “noindex” detected in the “robots” meta tag. It’s kinda weird as all three pages have the same settings as other pages that are fine.

Not too sure where this noindex is originating from as robots.txt file isn’t requesting any noindex tags.

Does anyone have any ideas or can you point me in the right direction?

    many thanks!

    Hello @nivlac,

If the noindex meta robots tag was added with Yoast SEO, you can remove it as in this guide (except that you will set to Yes, or Default). Does this fix your issue?

We’re looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks for your response.

We have all settings set to the default “yes” to show in search results. Robots.txt file also allows.

We have 300+ pages and these 3 pages are the only ones that Google sees a “noindex” tag for.

    Hi @nivlac,

If you can send us the 3 pages, we’ll be happy to check whether they are not indexed due to Yoast SEO or because of other reasons.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.
