Noindex Meta Tag after last big update 4.0 not working correctly

    Hi there,

    since the last big update there are problems with the no index meta tag. The output of the noindex meta tag no longer works for pages that have already been created and are set to noindex. It still works for the posts.

    If you duplicate such a page and save it again, the noindex meta tag works again.

    However, it does not work on the home page. As soon as I set this as the start page in WordPress, no index tag is output again, although it is set in the Settings page.

    The installation is a multisite installation and is activated network-wide.
    I have installed the latest Version 4.1.3.3 on the staging system.

    Can you please help me?
