Non Admins can't get related posts to show up in published post

Hello, I’m the admin user on https://www.entertainmentbuddha.com, and when I add manual related posts to a new post they show up fine, but when a user who is an editor does so the related posts don’t show up. Is there a rights issue?

Here’s a post done by a non-admin. I verified that he selected related posts in the post. I even tried to clear them and re-add after it was published, but nothing ever showed.
