Non-dismisable Notifications

  • Aside from some features that don’t work as expected due to misleading copy, back in July I contacted them about a notification about “the most favorite feature” that was not staying dismissed.

    Since then, their latest update adds a *new* notification that also does not stay dismissed.

    I don’t generally leave reviews, but unfortunately reaching out to support did not resolve the issue over several updates.

    We understand your disappointment and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. The last time you have contacted us was about a notification “the most favorite feature” which wasn’t claimed by any of our users. Moreover, We have tested according to your claim and your claim didn’t resemble anything.

    Likewise, we have tested your new claim on the new notification and the result was similar.

    WordPress deals with various environments and there may create issues. Still, we will double-check your claim and look for a solution. There’s always a scope for improvements.
