    After installing the plugin, the notice “Thanks for installing NextGEN Gallery! Want help creating your first gallery? Launch the Gallery Wizard. If you close this message, you can also launch the Gallery Wizard at any time from the NextGEN Overview page.” is showing on top of all pages in wp-admin (except the NextGen pages). It cannot be removed, shows an undefined error when clicking the Dismiss link. Please fix this

    We are really sorry for the inconveniences. Lastly, we’ve received numerous reports regarding this specific problem and we really hope to fix it in the next plugin’s update.

    @imagely – Is there any update on this issue yet?

    It’s popping up on every WP website I install with Nextgen.

    Hey @joshbiz – Any way you would be willing to give us access to one of those sites? While we’ve had a few reports of people experiencing this, we can’t actually duplicate this issue ourselves. The notice is always dismissable for us.

    If we can see it, we should be able to resolve it quickly and push an update in the next release.

    I’ve got another one to set up afresh today. I’m going to see what happens if I install WP and then NextGen (before any other plug-ins), to see if this makes any difference.

    I wanted to add that we’ve been able to duplicate this now. We’ll solve it for the next release.
