Non-Existent Support–even on paid products

  • DO NOT PURCHASE THIS THEME! NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!

    This is actually a decent theme in and of itself, but the support team has been completely absent. I purchased Gridsby Pro and had almost no problems with setup. But I had a question about a seemingly small customization. On modernthemes.net, they claim they will respond to questions in their pro/premium support forums within 24-48 hours, but my question has been sitting there for a month. Since then, other questions have been posted and neglected as well. It looks like the last time anyone from the Modern Themes team has answered anything was in 2017.
