Divi-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-on-hold-order.php version 3.7.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.3.0

This folder and file do not exist in the child theme folder at all. Why would I be getting this notice?

  • Hi @dumel

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are receiving the notification message above on your site’s System Status Report even though the destination file does not exist, correct?

Can you please try to update outdated templates on your site by following our guide here: Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates and see if this resolves the issue?

Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!

Are you asking me to update a file that doesn’t exist? I have ZERO template overrides in my child theme. I don’t even have a WooCommerce folder in my theme, so your advice is not helpful.

I don’t believe it is wise to display my WooCommerce System Status Report here. Can I send it somewhere?

@dumel try this WooCommerce > Status > Tools >?Clear template cache

@gswebdev thanks for the advice. Unfortunately that didn’t help ??

@dumel also try to clear the Divi Cache and Wp Super Cache and do a hard refresh of the browser.

Moreover, deactivate the Divi Theme and activate it again.

@gswebdev All good suggestions and tried them, then opened the back end in incognitor mode and the warning still shows.

    Hi @dumel
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Thanks @amiralifarooq. This wasted an hour. That is exactly why all my new e-commerce sites are done in Shopify. In the end, I reinstalled the theme and the problem seems to be resolved. Thank you to everyone for your input ??
