• Non-Functional Plugin plus when I faced an issue with a plugin that didn’t work as expected. Surprisingly, QuadLayers’ first solution was to request my admin details, which raised concerns about their security practices. Without proper diagnostics or safer initial troubleshooting steps, I’m left dissatisfied and cautious about their approach to resolving issues. The problem remains unresolved.

    Hi QuadLayers Support,

    Thanks for reaching out. I’ve had issues with the plugin’s basic functions not working. I’m concerned that the first step for help involved asking for my admin details. Also, I chose the $49 option over the $149 one today, and given the unresolved issues, I’m glad I didn’t pay more. Suggesting that I follow your Facebook page for support doesn’t feel like a professional solution.Best regards, Oxana

    @whatox Hi Oxana,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We sincerely regret that you had an unsatisfactory experience with our AI Copilot for WordPress plugin.

    We would like to inform you that AI Copilot for WordPress is a newly launched plugin. For this reason, all error reports are new, and understanding the environment where the plugin is running is essential for addressing these errors.

    Regarding your concern about the request for admin details, we clearly stated that they were not necessary, as we had identified the problem based on the information you provided. We confirmed that there is a block on using the OpenAI API from servers hosted in Russia. Unfortunately, due to this restriction, it is not possible for us to resolve the issue from our side at this time.

    We have responded to your requests promptly, and although we couldn’t offer you a solution on this occasion, we processed your refund quickly to minimize any inconvenience.

    We appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team.
