Non-Hierarchal Permissions

I am looking for a plugin that will allow different groups the ability to create posts in specific custom posts types.
Example:
Group A can create posts of Custom Post Type A and not Type B
Group B can create posts of Custom Post Type B and not Type A

If someone belongs to both groups, they can create both types
