Non-latin character on source code

  • Hi,
    I have a Turkish site.
    Uses many non-latin characters
    In the source code it looks like this :
    Türk?e : ?? ?? üü ?? ?? ??

    When I activate the plugin it looks like this :
    Türkçe : ıİ ğĞ üÜ şŞ çÇ öÖ

    how can i solve this problem
