Non logged in user can not send email

Hi Team,

We are having issue with one of our site. When non logged in user tries to submit form,

– spinner gets stucked. but we are getting email.
– Below error we see in console:

Only authenticated users can access the REST API.’
Request URL: xyz.com/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/26927/feedback?_locale=user
status code 404

We have tried all possible fix like disable rest api for contact form7 or using filter rest_authentication_errors we allow contact for7 but non of works.

can you please help us what could be the issue.
