• I have a very bad experience with “Help Desk” and using the plugin.

    I turned to the team to help me set up their plugins correctly, create an intermediate site for them. Plugin setup took more than a month!!!!!!!!! and so nothing was done. That being said, the site performed much worse with their plugins “tuned” than without them.

    Also, 30,000 credits were stolen at one point and on the intermediate site.

    I sent several emails saying that the site is currently in the process of optimization and that I will give full access when this process is completed, but they still stole the credits at a time when I was not going to use them.

    All in all, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS.

    TERRIBLE TEAM, TERRIBLE SUPPORT AND PLUGINS NOT WORKING

    I’m sorry to hear that you had a “bad experience” with our plugin. Unfortunately, your review consists of misinformation that I would like to clarify:

    1. Your review is referring mostly to your use of a different plugin, ShortPixel Adaptive Images, and not the plugin that you are currently leaving the review for (ShortPixel Image Optimizer).

    2. Our support and developers team gave you excellent service, by personally setting up and configuring the plugin on your website, making sure and confirming that the plugin was working correctly. During the entire process we have been kind, polite, understanding, and transparent about everything that was happening in your website. Moreover, we have advised you of other plugins on your website that were conflicting with ShortPixel, and had to be taken care of by you.

    3. When our developer team approached you and requested new admin access to perform a few extra, personalized tweaks on your website, you refused to give admin access and said you will give it at a later stage. You have then stopped all contact with us for 2 weeks.

    4. During those 2 weeks, in which we had no access to your website whatsoever, the 30,000 credits that we gave you for free, courtesy of ShortPixel, were used. The credits were used correctly for image optimizations, as it should be.

    5. We have never stolen anything. We have never charged you for anything that we did for you. You have never purchased credits from us, all the credits that you have used were given to you for free, courtesy of us.

    If you would still like to use our plugin, we’ll be happy to continue assisting you.

    I wrote to you that the site is being optimized and when the work is over, I will give you permission to continue to configure on the working site.

    The credits were used on the staging site. I DID NOT NEED TO OPTIMIZE THE IMAGES ON THE MIDDLE SITE. I DID NOT INTEND TO DO THIS. Your specialists had access to the staging site, access has ended. When you asked to give it to you again, I explained that optimization work is being carried out on the working site and when it is over, I will give you access.

    Then I received a notification that I had 30,000 credits written off on the intermediate site, I didn’t even understand why and how. because until that time your plugins did not work and suddenly they immediately started doing optimization. I don’t agree with this.

    I informed you about everything and warned you. now I am completely disappointed in your work and your attitude.

    If you think you did well, then so be it.

    I do not think so. After running your plugins, the site was running slower than without your solutions.

    Don’t walk around it, do not prevaricate, do not be “cute”. You know what I mean. Just answer the question with a yes or no.

    Me personally? Not really. Not at all actually.

    I have nothing to do with this plugin at all. I’m a www.ads-software.com support forum moderator and reviews fall under my area of responsibility.

    These plugins were supposed to work together for the benefit of my site.
    I was robbed of 30,000 credits in one day. If you look at the graph, then the graph shows that until March 23 there were no actions on the intermediate site, one day they just suddenly decided to optimize all the images on the intermediate site. This is fine??? And these two plugins were installed.
    I didn’t do anything, so the fault lies entirely with the shortpixel team. And they are unwilling to make amends and explain how it happened and why.
