Non-profit website classified as commercial

    Our website has been classified as commercial by Jetpack. We are an independent non-profit, non-commercial news website of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. We have have been using WordPress and Jetpack for years and now suddenly we are classified as a commercial website. I tried reverifying our website several times but it it keeps returning commercial classification.

    Can someone look into it please?

    To be clear, we make 0 cents from our website. We don’t even run ads on it. We also have nowhere the amount of visitors for the basic premium Jetpack package. We are a small website.
