    Hello there guys,

Thanks for the great plugin. Everything is smooth with the experience, except the following:

Visitors in the lesson do not get responsive layout when in mobile devices. Can you please kindly assist? Is there any CSS that needs to be added to the theme maybe, to make that specific post type responsive (Enfold theme)?

It only happens in the lessons. Courses and everything work normally. Plugin is at its latest update and there is no active caching / minification on this staging site.

Thank you in advance for your reply!

    Best regards

  • Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out!

The lesson available for the preview looks differently and has unusual content width. Unfortunately, since the F12 is disabled on your website – it is impossible to check where this styling comes from. The lesson page looks like it was customized. It also might be affected by the theme stylesheets. Could you please inform me how the lesson was built exactly? Is it possible to disable the restrictions on your website to investigate the issue more accurately?

    Kind regards

    Hello there again!

    Thank you for the reply!

I went ahead and disabled the security, sorry about that. When it comes to the lesson page, I can’t locate any setting to assign a page for the lessons, as there is for the courses.

Please kindly have a look now that I’ve disabled the security for f12 and right click and hopefully you can locate the styling source and guide me in resolving this! Wishes for a great day ahead!

    Best regards,

    Victor

    Hello there guys,

Did you have the time to check the cause of the issue with the right click disabled?

Thank you in advance for your reply!

    Best regards,

    Victor

    Hi Victor,

I am sorry for the inconvenience that occurred, I accidentally missed your replies to this thread.

We have checked your website, thank you for disabling the security mode. We found out that you are using Enfold theme, after more accurate investigation we found a conflict between MasterStudy LMS stylesheets and Enfold theme stylesheets.
Please be kindly informed that we try our best to make the plugin compatible with as many themes as we can but as you know there are millions of themes on the market and it is very hard to consider the features of all the themes. Most often, we receive requests for Divi theme and Ocean WP compatibility and the development team is working on this right now, so we are very glad and appreciated that you have contacted us with the issue, so we have more cases for consideration.
Unfortunately, there is no quick solution or a hotfix for this conflict, however, the development team will try to implement the changes in the upcoming update.

    Kind regards

    Hi,
