Non-invasive popup plugin?

Hello everybody!

I want to show people who click at least one link on my website a popup to subscribe to my newsletter.

I am a minimalist ?? So I look for a recommended plugin that most closely delivers on these specifications:
– gives a popup (for newsletter signup)
– automatically appears after the visitor’s first click on any link on any page
– doesn’t reappear when the user clicks any further links
– doesn’t reappear when the user revisits my website
