Non-Verified Paypal buyers not getting link

  • Hello,
    Even though I have the “Handle non-verified payers” box checked and have an email ready to go for them, they are not receiving their link.
    I would like to be able to deliver the link automatically even if they are unverified Paypal users.
    I made a customer pretty mad tonight because they didn’t receive the link right away.
    I fixed the situation by creating a manual link for them but how can I fix this?
    Or is this a glitch?

    You can put the code bellow to Successful purchasing e-mail body (for non-verified payers) section from PDownloads > Settings

    This is what it currently states for non-verified buyers:

    Dear {first_name},
    Thank you for purchasing {product_title}!.
    Click link below to download the product:
    {download_link}
    Please remember this link is valid {download_link_lifetime} day(s) only.

    However it’s not giving them the link… Its giving them the exact code (mentioned above in bold) which I have on my page.
