Non WordPress Folders

    I’ve got a wordpress site that includes some non-wordpress components. So the folder structure is similar to:

    folder 1
    folder 2
    wp content
    wp admin
    wp includes
    files
    custom files etc

    Will the AIO plugin transfer all of this? I’ve purchased the pro version.
