    I currently have all my courses removed from my active site -with the 2.0 update I have had all matter of things happen – and now just trying to fix the basic color scheme -well it gives me this error – I went thru the troubleshooting on your website – ended up downloading 2 additional plugins – that don’t want to save changes either – and they appear and disappear – I created a couple of test courses and well they appear and disappear too – if you have any more suggestions I would really love to hear them – I am still waiting to be refunded for my purchase of pro because it didn’t work either

    You can temporarily disable your cache plugin to see if the issue gets resolved. You can then disable hard compression of Tutor LMS from your active cache plugin.

    I am not using a cashe plugin- and it won’t allow me to disable just 1 plugin – if Tutor in enables ALL my plugins are active – I have tried using your help line on the website-I purchased pro and now want a refund as I can’t even upload it to my site
