None of the templates are active

  • Hi, I uploaded your plugin but none of the email templates are clickable (doesn’t do anything when I click on it and want to Load). I also downloaded your new template, received the file in email, but have no idea how to upload to the website.
    Any suggestions?
    (I’m not changing a theme)

    To find out why you can’t select anything please try deactivating your plugins one by one and even testing very briefly with another theme. Once we can identify where the conflict is coming from I can help further with investigating.
