None of the themes are working

Are you installing them manually via FTP or via the Appearance section of the admin panel?

via the FTP.

I just tried it through the Appearance section of the admin panel as well and it still doesn’t work.

Someone said, my .htaccess file may not be being read but it is, cuz another theme and the twentyten theme is working perfectly fine.

If you don’t mind, can you upload and activate one of the “broken” themes and leave it up for us to investigate? Install a separate test blog if you have to.

It looks like something is really screwed up with your server configuration. I looked through your style.css and this should be coming up as (obviously) and image:

Instead, it echoes the URL for some crazy reason. This is the same for all other images in the theme. You should probably contact your hosting provider.

Yes, that’s why I’m confused. However, if you look at one of the other subsites https://thought.saanamsmind.com it’s fine there. So I don’t know if this is due to some of the themes or it’s because there is an issue with the coding? All of them can’t be wrong.

Try contacting your hosting provider. It looks like a misconfiguration to me. If not, they may have some ideas.

They said it has nothing to do with the host itself as some of them are working while others aren’t.
