• UPDATE: Bit Apps support finally responded a few hours after posting this so I have updated my rating. This is a very young plugin with lots of room to grow, and I have no doubt it will eventually transform into a top-tier alternative to Zapier and other automation competitors — it’s just a matter of time ?? With that, I did end up purchasing their Agency LTD so thank you Bit Apps for this opportunity. All the best.

    I tried Bit Flows on their demo site and the plugin/app looks very promising. I cannot even imagine the type of automations and increased efficiency this may be able to provide myself and my clients.

    It’s still a relatively new product and therefore I would like to see further refinements and more integrations/triggers/actions added in general, however it can only get better from hereon out and I am nearly enticed to snag a LTD…

    That said, the one issue I’ve encountered so far is their nonexistent support. Are they on vacation or something? Because the Live Chat on their site is never online, even during the business hours mentioned there. You can’t really “chat” with it and it just displays a message about their office hours. I’ve also emailed them a few times over the past 2 days, but received zero response so far as of writing this.

    As a owner of their Bit Integrations LTD, I was vastly interested in the special LTD offer for Bit Flows (with the small discount and double sites) and wanted to clarify something before purchasing, however their lack of response has kept me off the buy button for now…

    We’ll see what happens. Hopefully they will get back to me through one of these support channels before the Bit Flows LTD campaign ends in a few hours.

    I’ll be happy to amend my rating if they can get this matter sorted in time.
