Nonprofit site recharacterized as commercial; why?

    I received a notification that my site needed to be upgraded to a new account type, but I’m already paying for service. What is going on? And why can’t I just speak with someone to knock this out quickly?

    Looking at your site, I see that you have a Jetpack Security bundle. The notice you are getting about needing an upgrade is for Jetpack Stats, which is not included as part of your current bundle. In order to continue using Jetpack Stats, you will need to purchase a commercial license as your site collects donations and solicits paid memberships.
