NOOB ALERT: Hyperlinks not working

    Hello – ??
    I am new at this and still learning so please be patient…
    I am using BeTheme with WPBakery builder and have created all my page with full-width layouts. See image here: https://we.tl/t-GaDt6W24Gx
    I now want to add Easy Table of Contents to display the TOC on the left-hand side of each page using my <h4> tags for the menu TOC menu hyperlinks. So far so good.
    Issues now…

    • I have enabled the <h4> tags and allowed the Easy Table of Contents on my page – see image here: https://we.tl/t-JiuWFYXkIC
    • it seems that as I created the pages all with WPBakery builder, I will have to edit every single page to add a left column for the TOC plugin to appear and float on the left or is there an easier way?
    • the hyperlinks in the Easy Table of Contents are created as I can see them in the URL, but if I click on them, they do not link to the respective <h4> tag? See img here: https://we.tl/t-rTaqd470AS

    What am I doing wrong?

    Can you please check once if is there any conflict? Can you please check once by deactivating the active plugins one by one on your site and let us know back if there is any conflict?

    I have disabled all the plugins and re-enabled them each one by one, with no conflicts but the problem still persists.

    found error
    shortcode can only be pasted in text box on the same page and frame as other content.
