Noobish Javascript trouble with iframe

Hi! I have tried to embed this nice timeline via iframe, but when i go my page it just loads for 1/10 of a second and disappears! I’m using the plugin “advanced iframe” and this embed code:
<iframe src="https://embed.verite.co/timeline/?source=0ApnNAEv3xtDldGxkV0h1VUk3SU52Q0JOU2NmVUhheVE&font=Bevan-PotanoSans&maptype=toner&lang=en&height=650" height="650" width="100%" frameborder="0"></iframe>The funny thing is, when i use the exact same method on my test site (with a standard theme by the way) it works perfectly.
The only difference between the two frames are their URL’s:
The “blank” frame looks like this:
And the working frame haven’t got the “?wmode=transparent”
Can that have anything to do with it?
