    Following the measurement by Google actual standards:

    Trust and Safety

    Links to cross-origin destinations are unsafe
    Add rel="noopener" or rel="noreferrer" to any external links to improve performance and prevent security vulnerabilities. Learn more.

    I’d add rel values for external sources, according to Google’s specs. Shouldn’t be difficult.

    This was taken from the Lighthouse report – best practices section.

    thanks for your suggestion.

    I created a github ticket to keep track of it and maybe pick it when sitting down to code next time.

    Anyone: please upvote this in github if you want to see it implemented. That helps me to prioritize.
