Blackmail + Misleading advertising!

  • The software does not provide the options presented, in particular: synchronization with Google Calendar from the WordPress site, the possibility of translating the software into French, the possibility of choosing the duration of time slots.
    This is misleading advertising.
    The seller refuses to refund my money despite two email requests (It’s not that they refuse to respond to my request, they do reply that they refuse to reimburse me).

    After 5 days, the sales department offered to refund my money only if I deleted my note and the negative comment! Of course, I refused.
    THIS COMPANY IS CORRUPT AND STEALS FROM ITS CUSTOMERS!

    I simply asked for a refund since the description of the plugin was wrong and I couldn’t use it after buying it. It was a quick and simple request on my part. They refused to respect the law.

    As per your mentioned query with our booking plugin and using the google calendar the customer will get the option in the My account section to add their booking into the google calendar.

    And for the translation you can use the loco translate plugin to translate the strings according to your need As of now we only provide option to book a slot for 1 hour.

    We do provide refund to our customer if the refund request is fall under our refund policy.

    There are many technical problems with your plugin. I understand that I have to go to your website to synchronize the calendar, but on the plugin’s presentation page, you don’t mention this information, which profoundly alters the way synchronization works. On the other hand, I’ve already tried – obviously – to use the Loco Translate plugin to translate your plugin, but some terms are not translatable and require modifying the plugin files themselves, which is not acceptable. Finally, it’s not possible to configure the duration of slots, which renders your plugin useless.
