Normal Users are Getting Blacklisted

Hi,

For some reason, there have been two users that we know of who got blacklisted on our site just by navigating. One of them was even a moderator.

I heard about this issue once I activated the anti-flood and anti-crawler settings. How do we go about fixing this issue? What do you need from me? I did have a debug log that I can hand over to you.

We are not sure how many people have been blacklisted at this point. Hopefully, it is not many!
