Wonderful plugin, only 1 page with WP 5.9.4 was crashed

  • I used the plugin on 8 websites and was very, very content.
    Today I installed it on WP 5.9.4 and the whole site disappeared. I tried sveral times, always with the same result. Also PHP was old there: PHP 7.0.33-nmm5. You should know this.

    Meanwhile I used this plugin on another 5 domains and was very satisfied.

    So ????? are in any case deserved

    Sorry to hear that it didn’t work in this particular situation. As you stated yourself, it’s probably due to a compatibility issue with either a plugin or a theme.

    An older WP version and a very old PHP version is asking for security related issues. Why haven’t you updated yet?

    Anyway, head on over to the support forum if you’d like me to help you fix it, cause I know we will ?? And hopefully afterwards you’ll be willing to bump this review up to 5 stars!

    And, @kleinananas, are you Dutch, too, by any chance?

    thank you for the quick answer!
    No, I am not Dutch (but was born near the Dutch border)- we have to try it in English. I would give you 50 stars, but wanted to warn the people who did not upgrade their things. This site that had problems with your plugin is from a client who contacts me every few years. Only the theme is updated automatically. I just wrote to the developer of the theme because after all the German umlauts have disappeared. I made database backups before, but this didn’t prevent this current situation.
    If I send you a link to the site, eveybody sees it- I should be discreet on a customer site-no idea now…
