    Hi! I agree, it should be easy to get working but, unfortunately, not working on my site, therefore, any assistance would be much appreciated. I have inserted the following Shortcode to test;

    [countup start=”0” end=”368” decimals=”0” duration=”5”]

    In settings, Use the End number.. is unticked. Reset Counter, Use Easing and Use Group are all ticked. WP V4.8

    In the front-end, all I get is 2 dashes.

    I forgot to mention, I deactivated all plugins, in case of conflicts, but still no joy.

    Hi there!

    I think I found your problem, look you need to write manually the shortcode, the problem is in the quotes (I tested it in my localhost and got the same error as you do), I think you’re copy-pasting them, so if you could write them manually, that’d solve it.

    Tell me what happened. ??

    Thanks for getting back. I cut and pasted your code into a Text Editor, then replaced the quotes with my own keyboard quotes (different), then cut and pasted code into a wordpress page and the code now works. Therefore, it would appear to be the quotes that you use in your example that is causing the issue.

    Yes, apparently. Thanks for notice that. ??

    In case you have another issue, please tell me.
