    I need some help please.

    I have a separate Shipping Zone ‘UK – Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly’. Regions = “United Kingdom (UK), BT*, IM*, TR21*, TR22*, TR23*, TR24*, TR25*”

    This is first in my list of Zones.

    Despite this set up, customers in Northern Ireland report that WooCommerce won’t find any valid shipping options when they check out. We get so few orders from Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly that I don’t know if this set up is working for anyone in the Shipping Zone.

    Everything I’ve read in the Foruns here suggest that this should work fine, but it doesn’t. Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong here?

  • If you enable the Debug Mode in WooCommerce – Settings – Shipping – Shipping Options it will show which Zone is being triggered when you enter a postcode in the checkout.
