    Backup process froze EVERY time, no matter which option I chose (local, dropbox, etc.).

    I searched for help in the forums and found a response suggesting I fill out a help ticket on the plugin’s website. 3 days later, no response. I appreciate that people are busy, but I want my site backed up before something stupid happens and there are too many backup plugin competitors to actually achieve a site backup.

    So, after I gave this plugin 1 more shot, I realized a problem I was having with my entire hosting account “freezing” and generating 500 server errors and other errors was being caused by this plugin.

    As soon as I deleted the plugin from my site, everything worked beautifully again.

    We fully agree with you that we had to respond you earlier. We are sorry for this.
    You need to understand: backup – it is process with a high load, it may be difficult for your server to archive all your files in one package – therefore so it happened.

    Please contact us one more time through our?internal support. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.
