Not a Good Experience. Not for Beginners.

This might be a great theme for advanced WP users who understand how to create the features shown on the demo sites. For beginner-to-intermediate WP users, though, I would go forward cautiously. The documentation and theme homepage don’t tell you that this theme’s pages are not just “compatible with” Elementor page builder plugin, but that they won’t run without it. Additionally, you’ll need at least 11 plugins to upload that demo content, and/or create the pages featured in the live demo. Some of those plugins do not seem fully compatible with Woocommerce either, which is crazy for a theme supposedly built for e-commerce. We have had 2 fatal errors since installing, both having to do with pay extensions for WooCommerce. After working with their support teams, they believe the errors were issues in the theme itself. We were advised to get another theme or not use that payment gateway, which again seems crazy if this theme is FOR e-commerce.
As for reaching out to WPoperation for support, there is a forum for the free theme and a seperate one for the Paid version, but neither appear a very active or helpful support environment. People have posted about some of the issues we’ve had and are being told to simply refer to the theme documentation. No work around or solution has been posted.
So yeah, I’m honestly shocked by all the 5-star reviews for this theme. Did everyone else just give up without bothering to review??? I didn’t want to do that, so here I am. Bottom line is we have had non-stop troubles trying to get our site up and running while working with this theme. It IS highly customizable, but spending hours and hours getting it set, only to have it error out when trying to edit your content, is not an enjoyable experience.
