• The theme destroyed my wp-admin page (watch out if you are a Godaddy hosted site). I could not access a single menu item. After a lot of work I finally figured out how to deactivate it using my Plesk account. I asked for a refund but was told they could not refund my money until they had a chance to fix it. They figured out that the theme contained a file that caused the problem and fixed it. I was so unhappy about the experience that I lost all care about using the theme so I asked again for my money back. I was still inside the 14 days they said you could get a refund. They only allowed half the refund because they had to go in and fix my account. The problem was theirs and they insisted on fixing it then used that as an excuse to cheat me out of half my refund. Not a company I would do business with if I were you.

  • Hello @wsterneman,

We were trying to help you and sticking to our Refund Policy:
    https://www.wpzoom.com/refund-policy/

You asked for help, and we’ve fixed the problem, and the theme was fully functional on your website. Then, you still asked for a refund, and in such situations, we offer only partial refunds because our team provided you with technical support.

In case it makes you happier, I went ahead and issued you a full refund.
