• The plugin is very basic and simply translates the content. Is not good for professionals and is bad and actually dangerous from an SEO point of view. Not ideal if you need plugin for multi-lingual and SEO optimized websites.

  • It should ideally not be used as a standalone plugin, but in tandem with an established translation plugin such as Polylang.

    I use it with Polylang Pro; when I need a translation I simply click to create an exact copy of my post (saved as, for example, ‘French’ even though it’s still the english original), and only then I use the Deepl Pro plugin to replace the existing text with Deepl’s translation.

    This could also be done with the free version of Polylang, except for the copying part where all content is replicated.
