Not a Great Experience

  • Initially, this plugin appeared to deliver what i wanted, but it soon became apparent that there were issues, dat corruption when storing into Data base, multiple emails from one submission, and frustratingly the After Submission Action does not work. And i have used very little of what i believe this pug in has to offer. Their support in my opinion is not great, i gave them access to my site and someone in their Organization deleted all my Database Form Submissions. They routinely answered a support request but used a different support request in the response, so answers to one issue were included in various other topics, a total nightmare.

    Please note, that our development team did not delete all submissions on your Form Maker.

    Just two of the entries got mixed up because of a temporary database failure, and this damaged future performance of the form.

    Only these two submissions were removed. And as we suggested, we could re-submit them, if you forwarded the submission email, or you could try to do so too.

    As for responding you on various threads and tickets, please note, that you have opened a few tickets, and we did not want to leave them unanswered.
