  • I had issues with page builder pro initially. pootle support got me going.

    Works as advertised. great support… unfortunately you need it.

    99% of the time this is caused by another plugin

    Could you try de-activating other plugins to find the culprit,

    We’ve replied to your email directly but fine to reply here as well,

    fyi, we had an issue, but it was that we were running a caching plugin – pootle told us to turn this off and it fixed the issue.

    Hi,

    Yes certain caching plugins can cause issues when in live edit mode,

    Make sure the cache is purged and any caching plugin de-activated when live editing,

    Fine to switch back on , once editing is finished,

    Also could you make sure you are using minimum php version 5.6

    PHP version is 5.6.30. Appreciate the help n good support. Working with Jamie to resolve the issue.
