I usually create a common Elementor template and set the ‘display conditions’ to Job — All.

I then use the following widgets:
Post Title
Post Info
Post Content

Those three widgets will display all the content for the single jobs page.

Currently, Elementor is not fully supported by WP Job Manager: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/troubleshooting/dealing-troublesome-themes/#elementor

You may consider a 3rd party extension that allows Elementor integration such as this one: https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/elementor-connector-for-wp-job-manager-2/

Though we cannot guarantee that it will work, since we do not have full control over 3rd party plugin’s codebase.

Thank you everyone for getting back to me. We’ve tried a few of those steps restlessly and couldn’t get the layout results we needed on the template without hiring developers. We’ve pivoted to another plugin to further meet our needs for jobs.
