Not a smooth transition when opening a collapsed area in Safari browser

  • Hello,
    There is not a smooth transition when opening a collapsed area in Safari browser. The collapsed area opens – closes – and then re-opens. I have been getting emails from the director regarding the not so smooth opening of these areas.

    Our site is behind a firewall and is not accessible.
    Here is a sample of the code:

    In the Safari (5) console it looks like it is missing the skiplink-fix.js which I’m not sure why that wasn’t included in the downloaded package. If it is the true fix…

    What do you think?
