Not abe to rate any criteria in comments

Hi. I am using hueman theme of wordpress 3.9.1.
I was using Disqus plugin before but I deactivated it to enable WP comments which would enable to put user reviews via this plugin.
In any comment, I am not able to select any review criteria to rate the product. Please help
