Not Able to Access the Website

  • Dear Support Team,

    2 years ago I have created the website and now I am not able to access the account and I am not able to find the website online. I have renewed the domain last year, but I do not understand why the website disappeared.

    Are you able to locate the lost website? What do I need to do in order to recover it?

  • Hello Jana, It sounds like you renewed the domain but not the hosting/server. Unfortunately, if this is the case you likely won’t be able to get the old content back. You will need to start over from scratch.
