Not able to access to setup

When I say “nothing changes” I mean that I still have the issue. So I am stuck with the plugin being not configurable.

We did an update regarding some capability issues today morning.
Did you reinstalled the plugin today?
We are not sure what kind of error is this as it is not occuring with every user.
So we are still in process.
Can you please share screenshot of error-log file if you see any issue there?

I have the same problem. If I try to open settings, the browser tries to open the settings page and then I get a message in the browser “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.

I can comment the part of error_log file related to PageSpeed Ninja plugin. It looks like you removed that plugin, but the file wp-content/plugins/psn-pagespeed-ninja/public/advanced-cache.php wasn’t removed automatically. Just check this file does exist and remove it manually if necessary (maybe it was just a single request to the site between removing of PageSpeed Ninja files and removing of advanced-cache.php file).
