• Hi,

I am not able to see admin dashboard.
It allows me to login, but again redirects to website with an extra bar at the top which has only admin and logout options.
And admin leads to no where.

I have been trying hard to access dashboard.
Kindly help me in resolving the issue.

    Have you tried:
    – If you have access to your Dashboard’s Plugins page, try deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – If you don’t have access to your Dashboard’s Plugins page, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. Also remember to deactivate any plugins in the mu-plugins folder (if you have created such folder). The easiest way is to rename that folder to mu-plugins-old.
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I’ve tried renaming plugins many times in various permutations & combinations.
    It didnt work.

Coming to your third point… I’m not able to access WP dashboard. So how can i switch themes? Is there any way to do it?

If you don’t have access to your Dashboard’s Appearance page, use FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required). Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme (Twenty Sixteen.). That will force your site to use it.

    Hi t-p,

    Thanks for your reply.

But changing theme did not help me.
    Facing the same issue still.

    Hi t-p,

After Enabling debugging, found following errors on the site.

    1. Warning: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/access/class-vc-current-user-access-controller.php on line 36 Warning: array_intersect(): Argument #2 is not an array in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/access/class-vc-current-user-access-controller.php on line 36 Warning: reset() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/access/class-vc-current-user-access-controller.php on line 37 Warning: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/access/class-vc-current-user-access-controller.php on line 36 Warning: array_intersect(): Argument #2 is not an array in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/access/class-vc-current-user-access-controller.php on line 36 Warning: reset() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/access/class-vc-current-user-access-controller.php on line 37

    2. Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_data_source.php on line 97

And even after disabling js-composer plugin, error.2 still exists.

And in all the cases can’t access admin dashboard.

Try deleting your “js_composer” plugin using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).
