Not able to access WordPress Dashboard

You probably have a customer login instead of admin login. Try going into phpmyadmin through cPanel and seeing what level your login user is.

I am using the main admin login id only. But still, I am not able to access the dashboard.

It is either redirecting me to subscribers UI or showing the above error.

In that case, I would add another admin user via phpmyadmin and try that one.
